document, record and film home owners and small businesses personal possessions. Our service is totally
confidential and we will assist you in any way we can to provide you with an accurate documentation you will
need in the event of a disaster, or other major life dealings. After our service you will feel more safe knowing
that the most important possessions you own are documented and in a safe place. If a fire, burglary or other
major events happens you have proof of ownership and a complete itemized list with photos and on film. This
will allow you to provide your Home Owner or Renters Insurance with an up to date list (i.e. quantity,
description, actual cash value and amount) of loss for each property you owned.
Who we are
Personal Property Professionals is located in Lafayette California and we serve most of the Northern
California Region.
Lony Meyer is the owner of P.P.P. and has worked for several companies
as a Purchasing Agent and Inventory Professional for over eight years. She has also worked in the
Restoration business and knows how devastating it can be for the Home Owner to lose valuable items when
no accurate Home Inventory was done.
We have the newest state of the Art equipment to document everything for your.
We are not certified appraisers and we will and cannot represent you legally in any way. The value reported
to us by you is for reporting purposes only.
What we do
We offer a full videotaping of your house or small business, capturing everything that is of value to you. Then
we will put together an itemized list of your home inventory as well as take digital pictures and a video of the
in and outside of your Home. Everything will be given to you in a nice Portfolio. This info should be kept
outside of you home. It will not be of any value to you if a disaster occurs and the portfolio is destroyed.
We can also store that information for you at a secure off site safety Storage facility, fire proof of course!
Personal Property Professionals offers different packages for our clients and their needs. We can document
your whole House or just take Pictures or a make Video. No matter what kind of service you prefer we will put
together a plan for you.
