We will walk throughout your home and digital tape room by room everything that is of importance for an accurate Home
Inventory.
Quality digital pictures will be taken of items or groups of items on your premises. These photos are then organized into your
Portfolio and burned to DVD to enable you to view them either on your computer or via your DVD player.
When we come to your Home we catalog and document your Personal Property. Within 3-5 Business days you'll receive an
itemized listing of all the contents of your premises which includes make, model and serial numbers, descriptions,
quantities, condition, a cost or value and any other relevant details which may be item specific.
We handle special collections as well. If you are the proud owner of Artwork, Antiques, Wine Collection, Coins, Stamps or
any other valuable collection we will Catalog those as well. Collections are usually cataloged as a group. This service
provides detailed cataloging of each individual item within the collection. Please let us know in advance as this service is
provided on an hourly basis.
We will also provide a inventory Service for your second Home, Vacation Home, Boat, Houseboat, Cabin, Resorts Rental,
RV's, Airplanes, Dorm Rooms, Storage Companies, or other type of Service. We provide a full inventory service with Digital
Pictures, Video and an Itemized list of all items that you have requested. Or we can do a simpler version. What ever you
prefer we will document for you. This Service is done on a hourly basis.
We will capture items that are not for sale, like furniture, computer and electronics, Vehicles, Tools etc. We will provide and
itemized list of all items, digital Photos and a video in and outside. This service is billed by the hour.
We advise you to revisit your inventory twice a year. During the first year, we will provide a minor update to your
existing inventory at no additional charge.
